They had a huge project to undertake for us, which involved taking a space that is part of a converted factory and making it into a fully functional, partitioned office space for us. No false ceilings, no under floor cabling etc. In other words, a complete shell.
This was a really short turn around deadline for them and they have certainly managed to live up to all expectations and in fact surpassed these at times.Their availability in terms of talking things through, site visits to discuss how it’s going and then their acceptance to some last minute changes we made is exceptional. Nothing seemed too much like hard work.
They even managed to source us furniture within our budget, something that we were finding almost impossible to do. In short we are delighted that they were our chosen firm to take on this project. I would be more than happy to recommend them to any prospective clients.
They are approachable, they don't baffle us with jargon, don't call us with every possible issue, they get on with the job and keep in touch to ensure we are in the know and happy with things to date.

We were pleased to discover that CCT could genuinely help us through one company, rather than a series of subcontractors, as well as managing the project and supplying a suitable telephone system.
Due to their obvious previous involvement with other recruitment agencies they were able to suggest a number of items for consideration that are specific to the way recruiters might work.
The plans supplied included not just the ‘standard’ overhead plan view but also several 3D views showing the concept of how the office spaces woud look when viewed from different aspects. These were particularly useful in gaining an understanding on how the finished areas might look and in fine tuning the plans.
The quality of work the CCT undertook was to a consistently high standard.
Throughout the project all decisions required and/or any ammendments were promptly dealt with.
We found all of the CCT staff pleasant to deal with and co-operative. The project was delivered on time, which was important, as we had to be out of our existing site within a relatively tight deadline. We did obtain quotations from various other companies before selecting CCT and found their service, whilst not the cheapest, was value for money.
We would have no hesitation in recommending their services to other REC members and recruitment organisations and would be happy to act as a reference site via CCT.

I should like to show our delight at the re-design and refurbishment recently conducted by CCT.
The overall finish is even better than we expected – and our expectations were high, especially given the budget restrictions. Thanks to CCT we have a state of the art suite of offices that are brilliantly functional with staff and customers very impressed.
Having achieved our objectives of introducing four private interview/meeting rooms without compromising the space in which our three teams have to operate, we are working well and the clients and other visitors who knew the environment before have, without exception, commented on how prestigious the place looks and how much they prefer the benefit of not sitting in a distracting open-plan office.
We were dreading the period of demolition and re-build – the thought of having the builders in was scary – especially as we had to work alongside them people throughout. However, the CCT guys were always punctual (usually early); kept us informed and worked to the schedule; always respectful (good fun but not over familiar); exceptional attention to detail and major works that were likely to be noisy or dirty were contained outside of peak hours and with reasonable warning on all such occasions.
As work progressed we were able to take advice and even introduce small changes that were accommodated.
As if this wasn’t enough – they completed this marathon task on time and to budget. Would you believe we actually missed them once they’d gone!! I will have no hesitation on recommending CCT to others.

We engaged CCT’s services to refurbish our offices. CCT secured the business, primarily because we liked the team that was presented to us. It was clear that they had huge confidence in their capabilities and the levels of service they could produce.
In addition, CCT could site numerous examples of other recruitment clients they’d helped. This reassured us that they could advise us on the process – not just deliver on what we thought we needed. Colin, the designer they assigned to us, consistently showed a genuine enthusiasm for our project and the back-up we received from our designated account manager Dominique was excellent. We also found that the workmen doing the job were helpful and always prepared to explain their progress. CCT were not the cheapest (nor the most expensive) option we had, but I’m sure they earned their money. The finished results were excellent and (considering what any refurb and office move involves) the “buying experience” was about as pain-free as you could get.

These are the images that we do for EVERY client! They provide a better perspective for the client and show exactly what the space will look like.
As I'm sure you know finding the right office space is tricky and very competitive, actually getting it is even harder, so occasionally projects do not go all the way... Sometimes clients change their minds? Sometimes leases are not signed in time? We do all we can to help our clients get the space they want, but sadly things don't always go to plan.
Here you can see a few projects that simply didn't go ahead for one reason or another. We just didn't want to leave these lovely images hiding in cupboard somewhere!
